I really don’t know what to say about this book. Personally, I don’t think I am the target audience for Jason’s style and that’s okay. I love reading about other people’s practices because we are all so different.
There is something good information within its pages. It says it’s not a beginner’s book but it’s not going to blow you away if you have an already solid practice.
